Dr. Grant Minnemeyer, Ridgeline Veterinarian

Grant Minnemeyer, DVM

Dr. Minnemeyer (or Dr. Grant to some) is a 2010 graduate of the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. While in veterinary school, his goal was to learn and experience as much as he could from different practices in the US and abroad. Dr. Grant was fortunate to spend time in Nevada, Colorado, Kentucky and New Zealand. During this time he was able to learn from some amazing veterinarians he is lucky enough to still call mentors. After graduation from Purdue, he spent a year as an intern at Conley & Koontz Equine Hospital in Columbia City, Indiana. His professional interests include the care of the animal athlete, wound management, and assisting the needs of geriatric pets. He is a member of the AVMA, and IVMA.

Dr. Grant grew up in Ellettsville and enjoys being a part of the south-central Indiana community that was so important to him in those early years. His community commitments include the Owen County Chamber of Commerce Board, YMCA Board, and the Owen County Community Foundation Board. When not working with animals, he enjoys running, cycling, fly fishing, spending time with his family, and has even been known to make a really good pie.

Tami S.

Receptionist

Tami and her husband Bill are Owen County natives. She has spent most of her career working in the financial field but has always been an avid equine enthusiast and pet owner. She joined the team at Ridgeline Veterinary in March 2020. Tami will most likely be the voice you hear on the phone or the first face you see to welcome you to the clinic. However, she’s well versed in assisting with animals and helping out wherever she is needed.

Tami and Bill have two sons, Cody & Chase (wife Crystal), and three beautiful granddaughters: Bailey, Ariyah & Alayna. Tami & Bill enjoy camping and trail riding & spending time with their family. They have four horses, Fiddler, Pepper, Sky & Deuce, and two dogs, Bear & Ruger.
